Payment Options

Ability to pay is of deep concern to many patients. We share your concern and are prepared to offer you a number of payment options. We will discuss the payment plan best suited for you in privacy and assist you with all the arrangements.

If you have insurance, we file claims as a courtesy for our patients.
Payment is due at each appointment as well as fees not covered by
insurance. Cash, checks and most major credit cards are accepted.
We offer the CareCredit extended payment plan.

I had pain in my low back that would radiate down my leg into the heel of my foot. It was so bad that I needed help getting out of bed. My doctor tried muscle relaxers and several injections.
